Friends Re-United.

I havent got long, i`ve just put some cheese on toast under the grill and i dont want it to burn.
a bit of cut-and-paste from my myspace blog from 2008 -

myspace blog ; sometime 2008
Current mood:bitchy
......anyone else notice that friendsreunited is now subscription free ?

about 8 years too late in my opinion, but all the same.............you may be at the mercy of school/college stalkers wanting to affirm their own credibility. You may be tempted to get in touch with that ..certain.. person.
 Maybe.
...alternatively, like me, you may want to trawl through the vaguely recognisable names in an attempt to get back to sleep after a disturbed night.

one last thing..........dont believe everything you read on FRU, some people tend to exaggerate on these sites,,, i myself am a share trader in saudi, collect faberge eggs and work part time as a body double for brad pitt when our anjelina gets a little greedy.

honestly.

---- not long after this, people migrated big style to facebook.
Myspace ended up slow and cluttered, no wonder facebook took off,,  i hear that facebook is now connected to myspace, so maybe i`ll have another look.

mmm, there`s a lovely smell coming from my kitchen......

  1. Never even heard of friendsreunited, was never on myspace either though. And can't remember the last time I used Facebook, I guess I'm not into those kind of sites.

  4. Oh myspace, such a sad tale. I don't care for facebook anymore, at the beginning it was cool but now it seems that I'm either friends with a bunch of douchebags or facebook turns you into one.

  6. OK, exactly what Gryt said. I just deleted my Facebook account because I could not take it for one more minute.

  7. I remember my early Myspace Blogs. I had some cool dream journals there. I may take a trip down memory lane. Thanks.

  8. I never got into Myspace. Just went directly to Facebook and never looked back.

  9. I think facebook and google are gobbling everything up. It's not a good thing either. Monopolies end up giving us less freedom and that worries me. How'd your sandwich turn out?

  10. I hate Facebook. If it weren't for the fact that it is connected to my Fanpage, I would delete it. My fans rock, though!

Twitter is where I hang out now...

  11. Ah, I remember those days... myspace got so spammy near the end, even though they already had 500 billion friends, half of which were screamo garage bands.

  12. Enjoy the cheese on toast. I wonder if Friends Reunited is even going still. Let's face it people use Facebook for that stuff these days.

  13. Deleted my Facebook account, got tired of reading stuff like, "it's raining outside." As though I lived in a bricked up fortress, without access to any windows.

Off to make myself cheese on toast with Worcester sauce now.

  15. My Space still exists? I had an account there, but wouldn't know how to get back.

  16. mmmm, cheese on toast! That's proper style right there! Not like the american grilled cheese sandwich.... it's just not right!

And Facebook did buy up Myspace I think, but only so they could make it so god awful that everyone would keep migrating across to Facebook. Really, it was very effective for them.

  18. The only thing I miss about MySpace is all the money I made from it designing backgrounds and comments. It paid all my bills and bought all my Christmas for three years.

  19. I don't cook, so there's nothing on my grill.

  20. Mmm... grilled cheese! YUMYUM! I love it when it bubbles and goes brown around the egdes!

My Facebook page is about as boring as MySpace! I have so few friends and they never read my updates, let alone bother to interact with me. I hate having to remind people that I exist. Why bother?! I also hate how people document every little thing. What goes through their heads? "Ooh, I just farted and it was nasty! I'm going to post that to Facebook!" WTF?!

Hope you enjoyed your sarnie! :)

  27. I was never into MySpace. I was all like 'ha, you wouldn't catch me on one of those social networking sites!'

And now I have a Blogger, Facebook, Twitter and a G+.
